How to Request an Interpreter
You can request an interpreter in the following ways:

  1. Before or after booking your appointment โ€“ Call or email us to let us know the date and time of your scan and that you require an interpreter.
  2. If you cannot communicate in English by phone or email โ€“ Simply send us an email in your own language, stating that you need a telephone or online interpreter for your scan.
  3. During the booking process or on the day of your scan โ€“ You can request interpreter support at the time of scheduling or when you arrive for your appointment.
