To BOOK a scan you will have to:
We will send you an automatically generated email to confirm that you have booked your scan for that specific date and time.
Now that you’ve booked your scan, we will contact you a day before your appointment by SMS to confirm attendance.
In order to complete the payment, you will have to provide valid credit or debit card details. You must be authorised to use these details and to authorise our payment service provider STRIPE to take payment in full for the scan you have chosen. All major cards are accepted.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will not be able to keep your booking open. The full fee for your appointment will be forfeited.
We’ll make our best to process refunds within three (3) working days. The funds may take up to five (5) working days to appear on your bank or card statement. All refunds will be processed via our Partner App Stripe.

Historically liver elasticity measurements started with the Liver Elastography machine, which introduced transient elastography (TE) as the pioneering technique for assessing liver stiffness. Over time, newer and more advanced techniques for liver stiffness assessment have emerged, but the term “Liver Elastography” has become a generic reference for liver elastography measurements, even when other technologies are used. This widespread usage of “Liver Elastography” as a blanket term for all elastography techniques is technically a misnomer.

These packages are designed for convenience and accessibility, allowing patients to book multiple related ultrasound assessments under a single package name. However, these terms do not imply that all organs, tissues, or body systems are examined.
In medical imaging, each anatomical region requires specific protocols, modalities, and technical approaches. There is no single ultrasound examination capable of providing a complete evaluation of the entire body. Therefore, these package names should be understood as clinical groupings of specific scans, rather than comprehensive whole-body assessments.
Each package includes clearly defined organs and anatomical areas, which are fully detailed on our website. Patients are strongly encouraged to review this information carefully prior to booking to ensure the selected package aligns with their clinical needs and expectations.

As some of our diagnostic services like combined cardiac and vascular service delivered by different specialist practitioners, your initial appointment will be scheduled based on the echocardiography (heart scan) time. Following your booking, the vascular scan will be arranged accordingly.
We always aim to schedule both scans on the same day and as close together as possible. However, due to the involvement of different healthcare professionals and clinical availability, back-to-back appointments cannot always be guaranteed. For this reason, exact timings for both parts of your examination may not be confirmed immediately at the time of booking.
Our team will contact you shortly after your booking to confirm the final schedule for both scans.
Approximate scan durations are as follows:
Echocardiography (heart scan): approximately 30 minutes
Full vascular scan package: approximately 50 minutes
Carotid scan / Carotid + CIA MD scan: approximately 20 minutes
