2) Full Vascular Doppler Scan Package

A comprehensive Doppler ultrasound package designed to assess blood flow in major arteries and veins, supporting detection and monitoring of vascular conditions.

What the Full Vascular Package includes:

• – Carotid Artery Doppler – assesses narrowing/blockage in arteries supplying the brain (stroke-risk assessment when clinically relevant)
• – Venous Doppler Ultrasound – assesses for conditions such as DVT or venous insufficiency (arms and legs)
• – Peripheral Artery Doppler – evaluates limb arteries for circulation issues and potential peripheral artery disease (PAD)
• – Abdominal Aorta Doppler – screens the abdominal aorta for aneurysm, narrowing, or blockages and evaluates major branches

By assessing the heart and vascular system together, this package can support a more complete understanding of cardiovascular health—particularly for people with symptoms, risk factors, or those seeking preventative screening.

After your scans, you will have the opportunity to hear the initial findings verbally from our specialist.

Your full written report and selected images will then be sent to you within 24 hours, which you can share with your GP or cardiologist for ongoing care and follow-up. (Clinic policy text as provided by you.)

In general, no special preparation is needed for echocardiography. For the vascular package, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and avoiding lotions/oils on the areas being examined; any scan-specific guidance will be provided at booking.

This assessment supports cardiovascular and vascular evaluation and prevention planning, but it does not replace urgent medical care. If you have severe chest pain, sudden weakness, facial droop, speech difficulty, or other emergency symptoms, seek urgent medical attention.

As this is a combined cardiac and vascular service provided by different specialists, your appointment is initially scheduled based on the echocardiography (heart scan). The vascular scan is then arranged accordingly after booking. We aim to schedule both scans on the same day and as close together as possible; however, consecutive appointments cannot always be guaranteed. Our team will contact you shortly after booking to confirm the final timings for both scans.

These package names are not intended to imply examination of every organ or all body systems. In medical practice, each organ requires specific imaging techniques and protocols, and there is no single ultrasound examination capable of comprehensively evaluating the entire body.
