At Phoenix Ultrasound, we offer an advanced combined diagnostic package bringing together Echocardiography (Heart Ultrasound) and a Full Body Ultrasound Scan in one convenient appointment.
This all-in-one assessment provides a detailed evaluation of your heart, internal organs, blood vessels, abdominal and pelvic structures, helping detect early signs of disease—even before symptoms appear.
It is completely non-invasive, radiation-free, and painless, making it ideal for preventive health screening or investigation of symptoms.
Echocardiography (Heart Ultrasound)
An echocardiogram uses high-frequency sound waves to create live moving images of your heart. It assesses:
– Heart chambers and wall motion
– Heart valves
– Blood flow (Doppler imaging)
– Overall cardiac function
Why is Echocardiography Done?
Your doctor may recommend this scan to:
✔ Evaluate heart murmurs or abnormal sounds
✔ Investigate chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitations
✔ Assess damage after a heart attack
✔ Monitor valve disease, cardiomyopathy, or heart failure
✔ Check heart function before or after major surgery
✔ Screen for inherited cardiac disorders
Who Should Consider a Heart Ultrasound?
– Adults with cardiovascular risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, family history)
– Patients with breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue, or palpitations
– Individuals with abnormal ECG or chest X-ray results
– Patients on long-term chemotherapy or heart-affecting medications
– Anyone seeking routine heart health screening
– Before pregnancy
– Athletes and Individuals planning to start a fitness routine
Full Body Ultrasound Scan
This comprehensive, radiation-free scan evaluates multiple organ systems in a single visit.
As this is a combined cardiac and Full body ultrasound service provided by different specialists, your appointment is initially scheduled based on the echocardiography (heart scan). The Full body ultrasound scan is then arranged accordingly after booking. We aim to schedule both scans on the same day and as close together as possible; however, consecutive appointments cannot always be guaranteed. Our team will contact you shortly after booking to confirm the final timings for both scans.
Echocardiography: 30 minutes
Full Body Ultrasound Scan: 50 minutes
Important Notice Regarding “Full Body Ultrasound Scan”:
The terms Full Body Ultrasound, Full Body Plus Ultrasound, and Full Vascular Doppler refer to custom-designed scan packages created by our clinic. These packages combine ultrasound assessment of selected major anatomical regions to provide a convenient and structured screening option for patients.
These package names are not intended to imply examination of every organ or all body systems. In medical practice, each organ requires specific imaging techniques and protocols, and there is no single ultrasound examination capable of comprehensively evaluating the entire body.
We kindly advise patients to carefully review the list of organs and regions included in each package, which are clearly detailed on our website.
If you have any questions, our team is available via email, WhatsApp, or telephone.
